Relative to Prins Guarantees

Because it has been observed that some installers move to spoilage of Prins products, replacing major components for lower cost and quality in order to achieve a more tempting price, Tsopelogiannis Auto-gas company feels obliged to inform the general public that:

Each installer is obliged to send to the Prins Company’s management the corresponding codes which are listed in the individual parts of the system upon receiving it.

The Prins Company, after having crosschecked that the installer is certified and that the system consists of all the necessary codes should send the guarantee via email to the installer along with the other documents so as to deliver to the client. This way the latter will have international coverage for this auto-gas system.

In case, an installer falsifies the system, using different parts (e.g. Beck) supplied by other traders, then the guarantee is no longer valid since it will be a counterfeit product which will not match the official Prins company specifications.
